The Project Management Office (PMO) announces recruitment for the position of Senior Delivery Manager . Our PMO team consists of experienced managers involved in the processes of presales and delivery of complex IT projects or services.
Join our Team as a Senior Delivery Manager who is the key stakeholder during the project delivery phase and plays a leading role in the bid management process.
You will be responsible for managing and supporting the winning sales processes and conducting the demanding delivery project streams successfully.
Responsibilities:
Managing project portfolio according to the company’s standards, PMO methodology, and best professional practices
Effective management of large project teams
Managing big, complex, high-risk projects or project portfolios for the public sector mainly
Ensuring the completeness and quality of project documentation
Being in the Bid Leader role responsible for presales quality and effectiveness in the public tenders mainly
Developing client/subcontractor/vendor relationships during the presales and delivery processes
Conducting training, workshops, and presentations for Sii audiences and clients
Participating in conferences or other events to promote Sii’s project management maturity and potential
Requirements - Expected:
Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT projects at the enterprise level with a special focus on public sector
Extensive experience in managing fixed price projects, particularly in the implementation of ERP and CRM systems
Competency confirmed by certificates (PRINCE/PMP/ITIL)
Ability to apply the appropriate approach to project portfolio management (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
Knowledge of public procurement law and experience participating in public tenders
Familiarity with negotiation techniques
Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes
Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
Very good command of English and Polish
Fluent in German will be an advantage
Residing in Poland required
