We are currently looking for a Senior Delivery manager for one of our banking clients.
This is a highly visible role within Global Private Banking, supporting complex change initiatives across the Wealth domain. The role operates in a global delivery model, requiring close coordination across multiple regions, jurisdictions, and senior stakeholder groups. The Delivery manager will work in an Agile delivery environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, governance, and translating business requirements into effective delivery outcomes. A solid understanding of Business Analyst responsibilities is essential to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead global change initiatives within Global Private Banking / Wealth, ensuring appropriate governance, sponsorship, and alignment with the Bank’s Change Framework
- Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Work closely with delivery teams to support Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and effective backlog management
- Coordinate stakeholders and senior management across multiple regions and jurisdictions, ensuring clear communication and decision‑making
- Support business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, design, and implementation, ensuring alignment between business and delivery teams
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Project Management within banking or financial services, ideally in Wealth / Private Banking
- Solid Business Analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, design techniques, and change implementation
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑border change initiatives in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Knowledge of change management and implementation approaches within regulated environments
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio and similar project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
- Experience working within global matrix organisations across multiple countries or regions
