About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to play a key role in shaping and improving our centralized development platform. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and product stakeholders to define processes, accelerate delivery, and ensure sustainable growth of a modern software development environment. The role combines program delivery management with hands‑on involvement in CI/CD, automation, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine development lifecycle stages and quality gates, ensuring consistency across distributed teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges, propose structural improvements, and align priorities with business goals.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of a centralized developer platform, focusing on scalability, usability, and performance.
• Support onboarding and enablement of teams using the platform, and ensure feedback loops for continuous enhancement.
• Optimize engineering workflows through automation, test coverage improvements, and adoption of AI‑assisted tools.
• Strengthen observability and performance monitoring to improve customer experience and operational reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale software development or platform delivery projects.
• Strong background in CI/CD, test automation, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience working with large cloud platforms (private/public), Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with IAM/RBAC principles, observability tools, and performance monitoring.
• Hands‑on experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent English (C1 level).

Nice to Have

• Experience building infrastructure with open-source tools (Terraform, Helm, etc.).
• Knowledge of advanced problem‑solving and analysis frameworks.
• Prior involvement in private cloud development or complex multi‑cloud environments.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies or project management.
