responsibilities :
Coordinate defect resolution activities across HSBC teams, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
Refine defect understanding, criticality, and urgency, driving efficient resolutions.
Lead and facilitate defect meetings, organize defect correction work, and prioritize tasks based on criticality.
Foster a culture of quality assurance and promote best practices in defect management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve defect tracking processes and reporting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within testing and defect processes.
Navigate complex banking functional areas, understanding architecture, environments, and data models.
Ensure effective communication of defect statuses to diverse stakeholders.
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in defect management, testing, or related roles within structured project environments.
Strong expertise in test management methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Jira testing tools, including dashboard creation and filter management.
Solid understanding of banking functional areas and SDLC, familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Cross-domain consulting or business analysis experience.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural, distributed teams.
