Job Purpose
Support the design and build of the end-to-end processes for the Record to Report domain for the Core solution, including the orchestration of transactions across Business Platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Part of a team of RtR Finance specialists, support the development of the end‑to‑end process design for the RtR domain for the Core solution.
- Collaborate with the Solution Design, Technology, Data and Controls workstreams of the Core Programme to deliver an integrated solution and manage interdependencies across workstreams.
- Work with Global Standing Organisation and Global Finance Function (Global Process Owner and Reporting & Accounting Policies teams) to incorporate Global Finance standards and capabilities into the Core design, and with Product & Platform owners to ensure an effective end‑to‑end solution, including transaction orchestration across Business Platforms.
- Build relationships with OpCo Finance teams to create engagement, improve design and transfer understanding of the solution to the ultimate user base.
- Ensure the designed solution is fit for purpose and is effectively tested from a functional and user perspective.
- Collaborate with the Business Change team to deliver and support changes post‑Go Live for Pilot OpCos, design and deliver training, oversee development of Standard Operating Procedures and support other transition tasks as required.
Experience & Profile
- Education: University level.
- Work experience: 6+ years.
- Demonstrated experience in Reporting & Accounting, exposure to cross‑functional and complex international environments, large‑scale business transformation, preferably involving technology introduction.
- Exposure to financial reporting solutions (ERP, BI, Consolidation solutions), data management and business process management. Local OpCo knowledge preferred. Good knowledge of SCOA, Accounting Policies and Tax/Treasury.
- Process (end‑to‑end) oriented thinking with analytical and conceptual skills.
- Languages: English (excellent verbal and written skills).
