As a Senior Data Transformation PMO, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution undertaking a large-scale, data-driven transformation. Your role is pivotal in elevating delivery governance, streamlining change processes, and supporting multiple programmes across a complex international organization. You will foster structured delivery oversight, ensure compliance with established frameworks, and empower teams to achieve strategic milestones. Partnering with diverse stakeholders, youll enhance reporting standards and drive process improvements that deliver data-related change efficiently while safeguarding quality, control, and transparency across all portfolios.

responsibilities :
Support programme delivery to meet agreed budget, quality, and timeline objectives.
Monitor and escalate RAID items to ensure timely resolution.
Manage delivery governance requirements aligned with the Change Framework.
Oversee delivery budgets, monitor expenditure, and report on financial status.
Review change requests, prepare business cases, and facilitate governance approval processes.
Gather and organize materials for monthly governance meetings.
Track benefits and OKRs against strategic targets.
Promote high standards of reporting for delivery status, milestones, and progress.
Implement delivery standards and conduct quality assurance checks.
Maintain and update project documentation and related processes.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role, particularly within data transformation projects.
Proven background in managing change environments related to data initiatives.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools.
Ability to influence and build relationships within global stakeholder groups.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience coordinating and analyzing multiple project inputs.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement process improvements.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient spoken and written English.
