about-project :


  • As a Data Transformation Specialist, you will support strategically important Global Programs by providing data as a service. You will drive deliverables from start until completion independently, following the Program planning and roadmap.

responsibilities :


  • identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, including technical teams, to ensure the success of your deliverables within the Program
  • driving and supporting the intake for Data scope and deployment plan of the Program for the relevant area (e.g., Data Migration, Data Governance, Data Cleansing, etc.)
  • providing high-quality and timely analysis focusing on technical aspects, coordinating Change Impact Assessment for the proposed changes towards the target state
  • reporting deviations in technical deliverables and ensuring corrective actions are identified, implemented, and monitored effectively
  • designing, validating, testing the target design, ensuring signoff and approvals within the correct governance bodies of the Program, but also within the relevant DMO teams where applicable
  • aligning technical topics across relevant other DMO teams, Global Process and Data Owners, and other counterparts, finding synergies, efficiencies, and opportunities for harmonization where possible
  • contributing to change management activities from a technical data perspective, ensuring alignment with technical standards and guidelines
  • acting as data SME for the topics/areas that you cover, sharing information and providing knowledge transfers to peers across Organization
  • securing that all work is documented in a timely manner, standard in line with blueprint methodology
  • contributing to end-to-end planning of technical deliverables, monitoring progress, and reporting risks, interdependencies, issues, and blockers to the Programs track lead
  • monitoring the delivery of technical components against plans and objectives periodically (weekly and, where necessary, daily)
  • creating and providing training for data-related topics to all relevant stakeholders
  • resolving any process and data issues for the Program in a timely manner, developing and executing root cause remediation strategies for data issues
  • coaching the more junior members of the team to support the teams growth in the expertise of Data Management.

requirements-expected :


  • university BSc Business Degree/ Management Information Systems/ Computer or Information Science, or actual work experience in a related discipline
  • 4-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management
  • 4-5 years of experience in Data Management and Change Management
  • 4-5 years of experience in a Global/Regional role in a large size complex Organization, ideally within a Data area
  • ability to read and understand SQL queries
  • experience in a support role for data and process improvement initiatives, supporting setting up data strategies and policies, participating in mapping out data management processes, preparing training materials, training users
  • familiarity and operational experience with IT systems such as SAP, JDE, Navision, MDM tools, various Dashboards, a basic understanding of the interface between systems
  • experience in stakeholder management, ability to collaborate and influence without authority across multiple levels of an organization
  • good presentation skills (including material preparation)
  • ability to navigate ambiguity
  • problem-solving and leadership mindset
  • experience in FMCG Industry is an advantage
  • knowledge of SAP BODS is an advantage.
