responsibilities :
Leading end-to-end delivery of data and reporting projects
Overseeing development of data repositories and enterprise reporting assets
Coordinating data ingestion, integration, and transformation activities
Ensuring secure movement of data across sources and targets
Designing and refining data models aligned to business requirements
Guiding development of systems that acquire, aggregate, and validate data
Collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs
Managing and coaching team members to support their development
Identifying blockers and risks within data processes and resolving them
Driving continuous improvement across data quality and reporting practices
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading data engineering or data insights projects
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms
Proven ability to design and deliver complex data models
Experience performing data integration across multiple systems
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
Ability to manage teams and guide their technical development
Experience working with stakeholders to refine data requirements
Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Experience developing reporting solutions aligned to business needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in Polish and English
