For our Client, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Data Team Lead.



Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on data management deliverables and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead project planning, execution, and close-out activities, including financial tracking and milestone management
  • Oversee multiple large, global studies and provide leadership to Data Team Leads (DTLs)
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and internal policies
  • Resolve complex data issues, manage resources, and review data management plans (DMPs)
  • Drive process improvements, implement quality management plans, and identify root causes of issues
  • Support business development activities, including budget management, pricing discussions, and RFP processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of direct Data Management experience, including 3+ years as a CDM project lead
  • Proven experience managing multiple global trials through the full data management lifecycle (large trials of 1000+ patients)
  • Advanced knowledge of data management processes, including SAE reconciliation, vendor data integration, and emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of GCP and relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and build effective relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of clinical drug development processes
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
