The Senior Data Scientist will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth through advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to develop data-driven strategies that optimise growth initiatives. The successful candidate will analyse large datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and test hypotheses to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Proven experience in data science, preferably within growth or marketing analytics
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modelling
Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and relevant data science tools
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly
Experience in A/B testing and experimental design
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines
