We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist to join our medical client’s team.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms, ensuring their seamless integration into scalable, high-performance systems. You’ll play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering robust AI solutions that align with strategic goals.
responsibilities :
Develop and apply machine learning algorithms
Perform experiments, run tests, and assess results to enhance model precision and effectiveness
Translate data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and modeling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor ML solutions in production
Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to data science best practices
Support cloud engineering initiatives, particularly on AWS infrastructure
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning, data modeling, and statistical analysis
Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with cloud-based ML development (preferably AWS)
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
