The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, the largest worldwide automotive parts distributor with activities in North America, Europe, and Australasia.

• Lead the Data & Pricing analytics team within the Group Pricing organization
• Support the development of analytical solutions for AAG and provide leadership on data science and new modelling initiatives
• Develop and apply analytical algorithms and methods where possible with a view of driving and enhancing data systems and streamlining business processes
• Improve the quality of analytics solutions on a consistent basis including insights, reproducibility and quality of analysis by:
• ▸Developing novel analysis methods
• ▸Standardizing existing analyses
• ▸Conducting Meta-analysis of existing methods and approaches
• ▸Defining best practice in data-handling
• ▸Providing tools that reduce errors and improve delivery time
• Validate, interpret, and create reports and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders
• Improve overall pricing impact by:
• ▸Developing, monitoring and reporting solutions to support implementation of pricing recommendations
• ▸Defining and supporting data and analysis pipelines to enable efficient delivery of projects/ ad-hoc requests
• ▸Supporting the team to define and execute analyses to answer key business questions
• ▸Applying knowledge of optimisation techniques
• ▸Improve country performance through defining methods to, and assessing and analysingexternal data sources for “pricing value” against our data
• Support the growth of skills in the team by:
• ▸Developing better tools to free up more time to interpret results and problem solve
• ▸Providing training on newly developed methods both to enable implementation and understanding of the methodology and ration
• ▸Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities as a role model for collaboration, communication, clarity, and success within organisation
• ▸Facilitate brainstorming and team collaboration
• ▸Create and maintain documentations of methodologies and processes
