As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of a global interdisciplinary team of experts driving the companys digital transformation. We are looking for a flexible individual to participate in the design and implementation of a tool that streamlines the work of legal and tax professionals.
responsibilities :
Designing and enhancing a custom text analysis engine, as well as workflows
Using Large Language Models for mass text processing
Leading the end-to-end model development cycle, ensuring best practices for repeatable testing and well-managed software delivery
Improving a Python, RAG, and cloud-based backend
Collaborating in a team-oriented environment, sharing information, and partnering with cross-functional and remote teams
Maintaining and producing project documentation
Designing valid experiments, providing answers to empirical questions
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience working on information retrieval or summarizing large amounts of text
Expertise in LLM area, building and training models
Proficiency in Python: reviewing code, writing unit tests, and learning a large code base
Comfort with remote development in AWS, Azure or GCP
Exceptional analytical skills and focus on results
Fluency in English
Openness to project working hours that partially overlap with US business hours
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
