The Senior Data Quality Specialist role is critical in Heineken to operationalise our strategy to measure and improve data quality across the enterprise.
We are looking for an experienced data quality professional to actively contribute to the implementation of services for data quality monitoring, reporting framework, and data quality lifecycle management.
The role holder will work with colleagues across Heineken to implement, and mature, our approach to how data quality is measured and visualised. This will include facilitating our Design Reference Groups for DQ, engaging with colleagues from our operating companies and tracking of continuous improvement actions and progress. This role also includes managing DQ related projects & team members (external & internal). Success will require that the role holder own these processes and become an ambassador for co-creation and collaboration.
A core goal of our data quality service is to provide operating companies with the insight they need to remediate data quality issues. Additionally, functions running strategic programmes require the ability to more accurately understand and plan for the work required to get data ready for change. The role holder will provide services to support these outcomes.
The role holder will also work with colleagues from our business and subject matter experts to identify new and evolving data quality requirements needed to deliver targeting metrics.
