We are currently seeking an experienced Data Product Owner to join our client’s Diagnostics Commercial Data and Insights initiative. The role involves working closely with the Service Product Team and Customer Master Data Product Team, taking ownership of data governance strategy, and driving end-to-end data and insights processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, data teams, and UX designers to ensure data integrity, usability, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business data and analytics needs.
- Lead the definition and refinement of prioritized features and acceptance criteria in collaboration with agile team members.
- Review and approve the decomposition of features into user stories and validate proposed acceptance criteria.
- Cooperate with data analysts and UX designers to ensure data models and visualizations meet expectations.
- Coordinate Product Increment (PI) reviews and facilitate Inspect & Adapt sessions.
- Support the Product Manager for Contract Monitoring & Insights in developing and updating the product roadmap.
- Drive alignment of cross-ART processes (e.g., profitability calculations, cost base handling).
- Contribute to organizational change management (OCM) activities.
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner within Data & Analytics teams.
- Proven background in Service/Commercial data environments.
- Strong experience in Data Governance, data quality, data lifecycle, and metadata management.
- Proficiency with Tableau (front-end report design) and Snowflake platforms.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and agile team collaboration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and influencing capabilities across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation management.
- Ability to simplify complex data topics for decision-making audiences.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
