Senior Testing Consultant – Warsaw

SimCorp is expanding rapidly and we need a Senior Testing Consultant to support our global clients from our Warsaw office. This is a truly global role that gives you an opportunity to grow, learn and make an impact across a diverse and fast‑growing environment.

SimCorp is experiencing substantial growth and we are looking for a Senior Testing Consultant who will work with clients worldwide and provide business support and solutions to overcome the challenges they encounter. Responsibilities

• Analyze data deliveries from external parties against the requirements of the SimCorp Integration Model (SIM)
• Identify gaps and specify change requirements
• Gather functional requirements from internal stakeholders
• Define and document detailed mapping specifications and follow up on execution
• Execute unit tests
• Monitor, react on and debug failing tests in collaboration with external service provider
• Follow up on test results and gaps with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in test activities during the lifecycle of the onboarding project (SIT, UAT, ORT)
• Support maintenance and improvement of Global Standard Solutions (SimCorp One Platform and Managed Business Services solution)
• Track and report on implementation progress, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with various stakeholders along the value chain from Value Stream up to Business Services

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in data mapping activities
• Knowledge in the Securities/Trade Processing area (Equities, Bonds, FX, CLS, Deposits, Mutual Funds, CTM, SWIFT, CSDR, Derivatives)
• SimCorp Dimension knowledge in at least one domain: Trade Processing, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions, Fund Administration
• Strong belief in test driven development
• Ability to drive transformation and curiosity to learn about business processes
• Highly collaborative, outcome‑oriented colleague with great communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and attention to detail
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Tester or Business Consultant within asset management, investment operations, or financial services
