Your responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end ingest, backup and organisation of all incoming production and post‑production data.
Maintain structured folder systems, metadata standards and consistent naming conventions.
Oversee QC to ensure assets meet technical and creative delivery requirements.
Manage data transfers, uploads, downloads and secure multi‑market distribution.
Monitor server performance, storage allocation and workflow optimisation.
Collaborate with producers, editors, colourists and retouchers to support smooth asset handover.
Troubleshoot data issues, corrupted files or workflow delays with urgency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and archival protocols.
Support implementation of automation, AI‑assisted workflows and process improvements.

Our requirements

Proven experience as a Data IO Operator, DIT, Media Manager or similar technical post‑production role.
Strong knowledge of data pipelines across stills, motion and integrated productions.
Experience with backup and ingest tools, shared storage systems and asset management workflows.
Understanding of codecs, colour science, retouching and editorial pipelines.
Exceptional organisation, accuracy and problem‑solving skills.
Calm and methodical approach in high‑pressure, time‑critical environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and creative teams.

You will manage ingest, backup, metadata, asset organisation, transfers, QC and delivery pipelines.
