Tasks:

• Team Leadership, mostly in the scope of Tech Lead. Ability to work in the team of people from different companies.
• Business requirements understanding in order to maintain the backlog and perform data modelling activities for the dev team.
• Keeping the architecture of a solution clean and up to date (e.g. proper use of medallion architecture and utilization of already delivered unity catalog, correct access management to the data of our solution).
• Designing and implementing data processing in Azure environment (e.g. the team is moving from ADF to Databricks Workflows).
• Keeping standards and high code quality in the code repository (GitHub), including usage of GitHub Actions for CICD purposes.

Requirements:

• Tech Leadership, constructive attitude, communication skills.
• GitHub Actions (or at least Azure DevOps / Pipelines).
• Data Modeling / Data Warehousing experience.
• Databricks (incl. Workflows, Unity Catalog, Security).
• Python, PySpark, SQL.
• Azure.
• English B2+
