We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake to support a short-term data engineering initiative (September–December 2025, full-time). The ideal candidate is a fast learner, able to quickly adapt to new contexts, and comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving environment.
responsibilities :
Data pipeline development: Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to load and transform data from source systems into Snowflake using dbt Cloud.
Data warehouse modeling: Create and maintain data structures within Snowflake to support business reporting and analytics.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain ETL/ELT documentation in Confluence to ensure knowledge sharing and transparency.
Task management: Estimate and deliver work items assigned via the ticketing system within agreed timelines.
Agile collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and work closely with the Product Owner and project team.
Consulting & support: Provide guidance on code implementation, support knowledge transfer to project teams and business users, and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.
Integration: Implement ETL solutions based on architectural specifications and integrate diverse data sources into the Snowflake environment.
