Job Description:

As a member of our Finance team, you will be an integral part of our "Financial Transformation" project, aimed at providing the Finance department with accurate and well-structured data. This role involves integrating seamlessly with source systems and establishing data layers that meet business requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing the Data Layer of the application, sourcing data from legacy systems, and suggesting new approaches to enhance our processes and methods.

You will join an international team based in Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Stockholm, all working together to build a data foundation for the future while enabling the business to meet current demands. The team places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that we stay up-to-date with the latest skills and technologies.

• Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Azure, and PySpark.
  • Proficiency in Python with extensive experience using PySpark.
  • Familiarity with Azure and its various services.
  • Solid experience in data modeling and implementing Data Layers for solutions.
• Innovative and Adaptable:
  • An innovative thinker who understands the transformative role of IT within an organization.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex IT-related issues in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Additional Advantageous Skills:
  • Experience with Data Bricks and Delta Tables.
  • Experience in building data-intensive applications.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Git, and Agile methodologies, particularly in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
