You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and its data/scientific libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy/scipy, polars).
• Solid knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development.
• Experience with Docker and Apache Airflow.
• Hands-on experience working with medical or biological data and visualizations.
• Ability to interact with various structured and unstructured data sources (e.g., HDFS, SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with scientific compute environments (e.g., HPC, cloud, Unix/Linux systems).
• Solid experience with unit testing, integration testing, and version control (Git).

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Exposure to Kubernetes.
• Experience with bioinformatics visualization systems like cBioPortal.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3/EBS, EC2, CloudWatch, SNS, and Lambda.
• Understanding of software development, including CI/CD.
• Experience with biological/health data, especially genomics and omics technologies.
• Ability to map, integrate, and document complex data relationships and business rules.
