You will contribute to building a revolutionary data analytics ecosystem that elevates customer experiences and outpaces competitors by managing extensive, complex datasets from global sources. Your responsibilities Design software solutions, develop with Python and GCP, and automate testing in an Agile, DevOps environment. Promote coding standards, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge across teams. Develop and support data pipelines using Hadoop, PySpark, Scala, Hive, and Java. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring performance, scalability, accuracy, and system availability. Collaborate with Business Analysts to interpret requirements and with Testers to validate implementations. Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, influencing system architecture and feature design. Provide 3rd line support for data platform components. Our requirements At least 4 years of experience in data engineering or related fields. Strong expertise in Hadoop ecosystem and data management frameworks such as Hive, PySpark, Scala, Java. Optional experience with BigQuery and DataProc. Fluent English, both spoken and written. Optional Knowledge of data governance frameworks and experience with CI/CD. Certifications in Big Data or Cloud platforms.
