This role is primarily focused on delivering high‑quality data engineering and analytics solutions for our Norwegian clients across the public and private sectors.
Alongside client delivery, you’ll also contribute to our internal initiatives — improving our data platform, developing internal agents, and building Power BI reports that support the NOVA Consulting Group.
Implement Fabric-based data platforms
Build performant Power BI models and deliver executive‑ready dashboards.
Communicate with stakeholders and govern the backlog

requirements-expected :
5+ years in data engineering/analytics, with strong, hands‑on skills in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Solid knowledge of Python, SQL, and working with APIs for integration, and automation.
Deep expertise in Power BI
Experience with Azure services and good understanding of security, governance, and DevOps‑aligned ways of working
Familiarity with Microsoft’s AI/ML ecosystem is a plus: Microsoft Copilot, AI Foundry
Additional tools considered an advantage: Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse), Tableau, Qlik, Databricks, Snowflake.
Consulting mindset — clear communication, scoping, stakeholder management, and ownership of solutions from idea to value.
Language: English (fluent);
Experience with Nordic clients is a bonus.
