We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and build data foundations and end-to-end solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and deliver maximum value for the business. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert, driving the implementation of data strategy, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of data-driven thinking across both IT teams and business stakeholders.
responsibilities :
Design, develop, and implement data foundations and end-to-end data solutions aligned with business strategy.
Lead the rollout and embedding of Data Foundation initiatives across key business programs.
Build, optimize, and maintain ELT pipelines, data models, and integrations for large-scale data environments.
Coordinate change management, incident management, and problem management processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Present findings, reports, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Mentor junior data engineers and support community-building initiatives (CoE, CoP).
Ensure implementation efficiency to minimize costs, speed up delivery, and maximize business value.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with strong expertise in designing and delivering data solutions.
Master-level skills in AWS/Azure/SAP, ELT, and Data Modeling.
Proficiency in data integration, ingestion, manipulation, and processing.
Experience with tools such as Data Factory, Databricks, SQL DB, Synapse, Stream Analytics, Glue, Airflow, Kinesis, Redshift, SonarQube, and PyTest.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive efficiency and scalability in data projects.
