We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior Data Engineer.
responsibilities :
Fabric Platform Development: Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Notebooks, Pipelines, Lakehouse) and optionally DataBricks.
Data Modeling & Architecture: Structure data into Bronze/Silver/Gold layers using medallion architecture principles within OneLake.
Data Integration: Ingest data from diverse, complex, or legacy sources (e.g., SAP, SQL databases, APIs) into the Fabric environment.
Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and fine-tune data pipelines, Spark jobs, and SQL queries to enhance efficiency for large-scale data sets.
Governance & Security: Implement Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) and manage workspace security and data lineage.
Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical data products.
Mentorship: Guide junior team members and establish best practices for data engineering within the team.
Support presales: Take a part in last meeting with potential customer before the offer is made, validate proposed scope and provide reliable estimations and justification for such estimations.

Microsoft Fabric: In-depth knowledge of Fabric components (Data Factory, Data Engineering/Science, Warehouse, OneLake).
Programming: Expert-level SQL, PySpark.
Azure Data Services: Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and Azure Synapse.
Data Transformation: Hands-on experience with Apache Spark or Databricks.
DevOps: Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
Ability to translate business needs into data strategies and roadmaps aligned with corporate goals.
Ability to align data strategies with AI/ML initiatives by integrating business needs with technology.
Expertise in data management policies, data quality standards, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
