Your role will involve maintaining, developing, and ensuring the performance of a data warehouse based on Google Cloud Platform, as well as creating and optimizing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that support effective data management within the organization. You will ensure high data quality by ensuring precision, consistency, and reliability, including through monitoring and implementing appropriate control mechanisms.
A key aspect of your role will be to develop existing solutions by implementing modern technologies that support the achievement of business goals. Your responsibilities will include keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in BI and data engineering. responsibilities :
Develop and maintain data warehouses (BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform)
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance optimization
Take strong ownership of data solutions end to end
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering, BI, and data warehousing, and proactively introduce improvements
Support and collaborate with other team members by sharing knowledge, best practices, and technical guidance
requirements-expected :
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
You have advanced SQL skills backed by experience working with BigQuery
You have experience with Python programming
You have experience in Google Cloud environment
You have experience in creating and maintaining ETL/ELT processes
You have practical knowledge of data warehouse architectures and data modeling
Experience with Apache Airflow
Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool)
Your English language skills are at least at a B2 level, both spoken and written
You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Youre detail-oriented and able to work under time pressure
You take ownership of your responsibilities and demonstrate sound decision-making
