About the Client

Project is based within our client who is a leader in the retail industry, undergoing a major data transformation initiative.

✅ What you will do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that streamline data integration across multiple applications.
• Develop robust data products to support business applications, ensuring data availability, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to the back-end migration of the reporting platform, ensuring a seamless transition of data pipelines and storage solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to enable accurate and timely data delivery for business intelligence tools.
• Optimize back-end systems, data workflows, and databases to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.

✅ What we are looking for:

• University degree in Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a track record of supporting data transformation and migration projects.
• Strong expertise in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL (any dialect) for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, with experience in tools like Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or PySpark.
