As a Senior Data Engineer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design and implementation of data products and pipelines supporting a high-impact, member-driven ecosystem in the automotive sector.
You will join a cross-functional team that delivers modern, scalable, and secure data solutions, aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.
This role offers the opportunity to drive technical innovation, influence data platform architecture, and coach others in best practices across the data lifecycle. You will play a key role in developing a modern data platform in a dynamic and agile environment.

responsibilities :
Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines and products
Ensure resilience, performance, and security in data engineering solutions
Guide and mentor team members at various levels of seniority
Contribute to the evolution of platform architecture and tooling
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Promote automation and best practices in data operations
Evaluate and integrate emerging data technologies
Translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering roles
Expert knowledge of DBT, SQL, and Snowflake
Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory
Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization concepts
Strong grasp of agile data development methodologies
Be able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
