- 4+ years of experience in data engineering
- Hands-on knowledge of DBT, Snowflake, Fivetran, and SQL or similar solutions
- Understanding of data privacy and governance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
- Experience with Git and Terraform.
- HR/People Analytics experience is a plus
