Must have

• 5+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer within financial services or other regulated industries
• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server and Azure SQL in enterprise environments
• Proven experience designing and migrating ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS
• Experience supporting regulatory or financial reporting platforms (SSRS, Crystal Reports)
• Practical experience with Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2)
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and enterprise data warehouse design
• Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and optimization
• Experience implementing data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and governance standards
• Familiarity with secure data integration patterns and controlled access environments
• Experience supporting Power BI reporting in regulated environments
