Senior Data Architect

We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Senior Data Architect to drive the advancement of our enterprise data platform. This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating data-driven decision-making, maintaining data integrity and security, and supporting digital transformation throughout the organization. The successful candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge, proven leadership skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to efficiently lead complex initiatives to completion.

• Architect and evolve enterprise-wide data platforms using Snowflake, SAP BDC, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Design and maintain robust data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks that support operational and analytical use cases.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts of the Enterprise Business Application and Customer Data Application to ensure that the data model and data security framework are aligned with the business applications that own the data.
• Lead data governance initiatives, including metadata management, data quality, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Drive execution of data architecture projects with a hands-on approach, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
• Mentor and guide data engineering and analytics teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across IT and business functions to translate strategic goals into robust technical solutions.
• Stay ahead of trends in cloud data platforms, AI/ML integration, and data security to continuously improve the data ecosystem.
