Tasks

1. Design and implement effective cloud data models in Azure Datalake & Azure Databricks to store and retrieve company data.
2. Ensure data quality and integrity across data models.
3. Develop and enforce development standards.
4. Architect and model Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI and Analytics solutions.
6. Develop and maintain data models, data integration processes, and data warehousing solutions to support BI and Analytics initiatives.
7. Implement and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate and timely data availability for BI and Analytics.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
2. In-depth understanding of data warehouses structure principles.
3. Expertise in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
4. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
5. Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
8. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred.
9. Extensive experience in architecting and modeling BI and Analytics solutions.
10. Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL processes and data integration workflows.
11. Strong background in developing data models and data warehousing solutions to support BI and Analytics.
12. Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and SQL warehouse - MUST
13. Preferred Qualifications:
14. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
15. Certification in data management or data architecture (e.g., CDMP, TOGAF).
