Your future team
You will be part of a high performing team of skilled data professionals, such as Data Architects, Data Engineers, ML engineers & Data Analysts. You will closely collaborate with Digital Product Managers and Owners from Volvo Trucks.
To be successful in this role, we belive that you have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Architect or in a senior data engineering role with architectural responsibilities on large-scale implementations.
- Excellent at storytelling, stakeholder management and communication skills who can lead dialogues with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in Azure Data Services, Databricks, and related cloud technologies & tool ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling techniques, including relational, dimensional, NoSQL & GraphDB models.
- Strong knowledge of API design, event-driven architectures, and streaming platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration, enabling seamless incorporation of AI models into enterprise workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure automation.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and PySpark for data engineering and architectural validation.
- Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, GDPR compliance, and cloud security best practices.
- Ability to produce wireframes, architectural diagrams, and comprehensive documentation for governance and review processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Experience with automotive industry will be a plus
