• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Proven enterprise experience as a Data Architect / Data Engineering Architect.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, pipelines, distributed processing, fault tolerance.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL.
• Cloud experience in AWS and/or Azure (both preferred).
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to drive technical decisions.
• Very good communication in English and Polish.
• Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.

Nice to have:

Terraform/CI/CD, Spark/Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow/ADF, Kafka/Kinesis/Glue, Docker/K8s, MLOps exposure.
