Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant processes, analytical area systems, and tools is essential to navigate the complexities of the position
Skills and approach:
- Advanced proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
- Experience and knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain and Product Services processes
- Strong foundation in data modeling
- Relationship-building skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with project management approaches (including Agile), tools, and phases
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Able to align and work with diverse global stakeholders
- Skilled in BI tools such as SAP Business Warehouse/ BI, Microsoft PowerBI, SAP BO or BEX, QlikView or QlikSense is an asset

Your tasks
You will work closely with Data Functional Leads, Data Product owners, and key users as well as IT partners, to deliver the requirements. Key missions will consist in:
Data Strategy & Data Roadmap
- Understand the Data strategy as defined by the Data Functional lead and Business stakeholders
- Support the Data Domain / Sub Domain owners in the definition and prioritization of their Data roadmap, in liaison with Data Governance
- With the Data Domain, Accountable for Governance and Oversight of Data Product definition from a Functional perspective
User requirements
- Conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews to extract nuanced requirements
- Coordinate the translation of the user requirements into Functional Specifications, with the support of Process SMEs, Business Partner, Platform teams, and IT partners
- Assist the Data Engineering team with shaping
Project execution
- Answer developers’ questions related to functional areas or data, liaising with Business Partner, Business users, or SMEs when needed
- Prepare and support the execution of the business testing phase, with the support of the Business report owner, Key users, and Business Partner
- Support Cutover activities related to business users’ deployment
