The Data Analyst will serve a dual role, managing both the technical aspects of data pipelines (ETL) and conducting in-depth analyses to meet business needs.
Data Analyst will work closely with internal colleagues to develop data flows and ETL processes that facilitate data exchange between various internal applications, particularly One PMS and the Affinity & Health application landscape.
Furthermore, this role plays a key part in ensuring the effective management of reconciliation flows and collaborating with software vendors for continuous improvement. The candidate will work with an advanced technology stack, including IBM TM1, MS SQL, Azure Databricks, and IBM Cognos
responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring smooth data flow between systems.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support data integration efforts.
Understand and analyze business needs related to data exchange between internal applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop data flows and ETL processes that support integration between One PMS and Affinity & Health.
Perform functional analyses to enhance and optimize existing processes.
Oversee the maintenance of applications used for reconciliation and data management.
Ensure business continuity by effectively managing and resolving operational issues.
requirements-expected :
5+ years in development or maintenance of data pipelines (ETL).
Proficiency in two or more of: SQL, Python with Databricks, Workato, StreamSets, SSIS, SFTP.
Experience in Agile tooling and practices relating to code, branch and release management.
Experience in ITIL Service Management. ITIL or DataOps certification a distinct plus.
Effective technical writing skills to describe issues, root cause, workarounds etc.
Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity framework and DORA/DOX-related processes is a plus
College degree in IT-related discipline.
Italian language proficiency at least B2+, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
