-Lead hypothesis-driven analytics:Shape key questions with business leads, run experiments, perform cohorts analysis, determine actions and quantify risk-reward.
-Generate account & segment intelligence proactively:Expose untapped whitespace, size cross-/upsell lift, analyze buyer journeys, buying patterns and flag churn risk.
-Drive strategic decision-making as analytics advisor:Turn complex findings into crisp, executive-ready PowerPoint stories with clear actions and impact.
-Scale impact with analytics products:Build analytics products fueled by CRM, ERP, marketing & web data using SQL/Python to make your analytics scalable.
-Embed a data-driven culture:Partner with Portfolio as , Marketing, Sales & Digital teams to align on key success metrics, set targets and embed a data-driven culture.
- 5+ years in analytics, BI or data-science roles turning commercial data into growth recommendations.
- Fluency in SQL, one scripting language (Python or R) is a plus.
- Direct experience with large datasets such as CRM, ERP, marketing-automation, or e-commerce systems. Dashboarding tools experience (Qlik, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong business acumen-confident challenging assumptions and prioritizing what drives business and revenue.
- Executive-level communication, slide-design, and data-storytelling skills.
- Life-science / diagnostics industry experience is a plus.
