We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our skilled Fraud & Payments Reporting team. As a crucial member of the team, you will play a key role in developing reports , queries , and dashboards in collaboration with business stakeholders to support our 24/7 global fraud mitigation and payment optimization efforts.
Key emphasis will be placed on your expertise in SQL and Tableau (or similar visualization tools).
You will be responsible for providing valuable outcomes from your analyses and proactively suggesting data-driven solutions and decisions.
We are seeking a highly analytical , business-driven person with previous experience from fraud, risk, or e-commerce fields.
You’ll spend time on the following:
At least 3 years of experience in creating and evaluating multi-step SQL statements involving multiple tables with complex relationships.
Demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or any other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is essential.
3+ years of experience with typical tools, including G-suite , Excel , and Data Warehouse , is a must.
Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem solving.
Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills , capable of bridging the gap between technical and business teams to provide holistic, data-driven insights and solutions.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and crises effectively.
Strong technical (SQL, Tableau) and finance (fraud & payments, risk) background.
Capability to drive innovation and foster a performance-driven culture.
Capacity to manage and thrive under pressure , maintaining focus on objectives .
Confidence to make decisions and take charge in directing teams and initiatives.
The ability to thrive in an environment with deadlines and shifting priorities is crucial for success in this role.
We work in a hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
