Our team is a group of experienced controllers and data analysts responsible for providing data and analyses that support the business decision-making process. As a team, we are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of non-financial data, particularly in response to the new ESG regulations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing robust data management processes and systems to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the ESG report data. You will work closely with the ESG and Finance Analytics Managers to develop a non-financial reporting system, enhance data visualization around key KPIs, and support both financial and non-financial processes to meet the mandatory non-financial audit requirements from 2024.

What will your job involve:

• You will be responsible for creating ESG data-mart and ETL process behind it
• You will be part of business projects aimed at developing a non-financial reporting system in response to new EU regulations
• You will support the ESG team in reporting system development, non-financial reporting, and ESG data audit processes
• You will be responsible for the development of non-financial reporting around key KPIs using modern management technologies and data visualization tools
• On a daily basis, you will support key financial and non-financial processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals

This is the right job for you, if

• You have at least 4 years of experience in developing reporting systems, expertise with ESG reporting will be a valuable asset
• You are proficient in SQL and Python for extracting, processing and analyzing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• You excel in data visualization using tools and can translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• You know English at a minimum B2 level and are fluent in Polish, enabling you to communicate effectively in both languages
• You are familiar with sustainability, decarbonization, and the intricacies of building and developing a robust non-financial data management system
• You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Unit Analysts and ESG team, to support key financial and non-financial processes and ensure compliance with new EU regulations
