Due to the expansion of our consultancy business in Poland, we are looking for a skilled individual for the position of Cybersecurity Engineer. Candidates must be located in and have the right to work in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business, data, and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear data requirements.
  • Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate actionable insights and address reporting needs. Use data mining techniques to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
  • Create and maintain technical data dictionaries of systems supporting various business dashboards.
  • Work with Central Data Stewards to identify and agree on data quality rules and integrate them into the enterprise data catalogue, as well as implement process, training, and system changes.
  • Create/manage and own data quality dashboards allowing analytics teams to see any issues with incoming data and alert the business where needed.
  • Identify the root cause of Data Quality issues through targeted data analysis.
  • Create high-quality documentation detailing data lineage, transformation rules, data sources, and business processes used in delivering analysis.

Our Requirements

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, or similar education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering data quality/data analytics solutions using Agile with clearly demonstrable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong understanding of the power and value of data, with an ability to apply technology solutions to meet business needs and solve problems.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a data integration-related role, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
  • Proven experience in Data Quality and/or Data Governance.
  • Expertise in SQL/Big Query.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one reporting tool – Qlik/Tableau/Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Data Science concepts and subjects and an interest in up-skilling in the future.
