We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our clients team in the financial investment sector.

Role Details:

• Location: Warsaw, Poland
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid role, requiring 3 office days per week
• Contract Type: Employment contract

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead regional efforts to ensure data quality and governance within our API ecosystem.
• Collaborate with data engineers and managers to integrate and improve core datasets, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
• Design and implement quality control mechanisms to proactively detect and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies.
• Develop and deploy automation tools to streamline manual data reconciliation tasks, boosting operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of data issue resolution, maintaining data integrity and reliability across platforms.
• Write configuration scripts to onboard new datasets and enhance existing ones, optimizing data accessibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proven expertise in data wrangling and preparing data for analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Seaborn, etc.
• Experience with writing basic-to-intermediate SQL queries for data analysis.
• Ability to independently manage projects and take full ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with financial data is a plus.
• Prior experience in people management is a plus.
