Be the Driving Force Behind Analytics. Your role goes beyond delivering reports — it’s about creating real business value. You will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that empower Team Leaders and C-level executives to make smarter decisions. By leading and facilitating all analytical initiatives across the company, you will become the catalyst for a data-driven culture and ensure analytics is a core driver of growth and innovation.
Learn the Product: Immerse yourself in the features, user experiences, and underlying technology of our product. This comprehensive understanding is key to identifying data-driven opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Data Visualization and Reporting: Create impactful and insightful data visualizations using Tableau. Tailor reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of business stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Ensure visualizations are user-friendly, interactive, and accurately represent the underlying data.
Python and ETL Scripting: Apply Python programming skills to enhance data analytics and ETL processes. Develop Python scripts for automating data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.

requirements-expected :
Previous SaaS/B2C experience
Experience in a similar role (5+ years).
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and database management.
Experience in BI tools, preferably Tableau.
Good knowledge of dbt.
Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience in creating Dashboards, Visualizations and ad-hoc reports.
English level at least B2.
