Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings within Dynamics 365.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
Configure and customize D365 modules to meet business needs.
Coordinate updates, patches, and integrations with other systems.
Maintain system documentation and support end-user training.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows.
Ensure data integrity, backups, and compliance with organizational policies.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 years of hands on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferably including full implementations, migrations, system maintenance and development).
Strong understanding of D365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance).
Experience with Power Platform.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 integration.
Preferred Microsoft certifications at Associate or Expert level, e.g. (Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate, Solution Architect Expert).
Fluent English language.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
