As a Senior Cybersecurity Data Analyst – Big Data & Azure Databricks, you will be working for our client, a leading global defense organization within the Cybersecurity domain. responsibilities :
Performing in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to extract valuable insights, identify data quality issues, and craft optimized logic for data processing.
Developing efficient, reusable, and maintainable scripts to collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, supporting automation and analytics projects.
Visualizing insights through charts, graphs, and dashboards, making data accessible and understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with reporting teams and business units to understand data needs and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives.
Documenting data processes, methodologies, and findings to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
Applying best software development practices and Agile methodologies, with a focus on DevOps principles, to maintain high-quality codebases.
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a cybersecurity or defense context.
Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages.
Hands-on experience with big data frameworks such as PySpark and Spark SQL (strongly desirable).
Experience developing data pipelines and performing data analysis on the Azure Databricks platform.
Strong data visualization skills using Power BI or similar tools, capable of presenting technical insights clearly.
Excellent analytical attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within an Agile team.
Enthusiasm to continuously learn and deepen expertise in cybersecurity analytics.
Fluent English.
