We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Cyber Security Engineer with focus on Automation and Integration engineering for Vulnerability Management to enhance our cybersecurity posture through innovative automation solutions. This role is critical in ensuring that our vulnerability scanning processes are seamlessly integrated into our central systems, enabling timely identification and remediation of security risks. The specialist will collaborate with IT teams to streamline operations and drive efficiency in vulnerability management efforts.

Implementing automation solutions to integrate vulnerability data into central systems.
Enhancing processes related to vulnerability management using ServiceNow VR
Utilizing cloud skills in AWS and Azure to support vulnerability efforts.
Developing integrations by understanding APIs of various security tools.
Leading initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of vulnerability management.
Strong skills in vulnerability management, automation, and cloud technologies, with a focus on innovative process improvements.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered an equivalent.
Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions with a strong emphasis on automation in vulnerability management and cloud security.
In-depth knowledge of cloud security frameworks and best practices, including experience with major cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficient in configuring and optimizing vulnerability assessment tools and automation scripts to enhance security operations and streamline vulnerability remediation in cloud environments.
Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response for managing vulnerabilities, automating workflows, and integrating security processes with IT service management.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks, such as ISO 27000, COBIT, and NIST 800 series, and their application in cloud security strategies.
Proficient in coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to develop automation scripts for security processes.
Experience with Security as Code practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security, to automate security controls and assessments in cloud deployments.
Knowledge of security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools to enhance incident response capabilities and vulnerability management workflows.
Solid understanding of network security principles and risk assessment methodologies, particularly in cloud environments, to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
