Senior Customer Service Specialist with English and Greek/Serbian
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of customer accounts as well as active load carriers demand out of balance
- Resolve customer issues related to logistics and deliveries
- Support of and close cooperation with Sales Managers and Project Managers
- Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns
- Contacting and seeking new customers
- Creating offers, price adaptation
- Creating reports and analysis
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service/logistics/forwarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek or Serbian and English
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and processes
- Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
