For our Client, a fast-growing healthcare company, we are looking for experienced candidates who speak German or French and want to take on a more advanced, process-oriented role within Customer Service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business undergoing dynamic growth, where you will handle complex B2B cases and actively participate in shaping processes, improving workflows and driving automation.
Responsibilities:
- handling B2B customer orders end-to-end - entering and updating orders in internal systems and monitoring their status in SAP and Salesforce,
- managing incoming requests from email, phone and internal platforms, ensuring proper prioritization,
- creating service tickets and managing the shared mailbox to provide timely and professional responses,
- coordinating loaner equipment - arranging shipments, returns and scheduling availability with sales and OR teams,
- ensuring accurate and timely order processing in line with KPIs,
- supporting process improvements by identifying issues, proposing solutions and contributing to documentation and automation,
- solving customer problems related to orders, shipments or equipment availability with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- fluent English (B2+) and German or French (C1),
- first experience in a related area such as order management, customer care, procurement or sales support,
- knowledge of SAP or Salesforce as a strong advantage,
- strong communication skills and high level of business professionalism,
- analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
