We are looking for a passionate Senior Customer Service Specialist with French to join our client – an international company based in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond and handle customer requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- French on C1 level and English on B2 level.
- Previous experience in a customer service area (min. 5 years) or a related field.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Familiar with ERP's system (SAP knowledge will be an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
