As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will act as the operational right hand to the assigned supervisor/manager, assisting with resource planning and operational assignments. You will handle internal and external customer inquiries, always aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Accurate and timely logging of all requests into systems like SAP ERP and the complaints registration system is crucial.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately log all requests and complaints into applicable systems (e.g., SAP ERP and the complaints registration system)
• Interact with various departments to address customer inquiries and resolve root causes of issues
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop collaborative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
• Assist with resource planning, operational assignments and take responsibility for specific activities delegated by the supervisor/manager
• Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify negative trends and initiate corrective actions
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members, sharing best practices to foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and skills:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a highly regulated environment
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Fluent in Portuguese (C1 level)
• Familiar with SAP ERP or similar systems, enabling efficient management of operational processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business administration, or a related field
