Creates and maintains new customer and commercial accounts and all the relative attributes in SAP system.
Updates customer master and price master data in SAP, checks master data reports in accordance with compliance procedures, and carries out regular data cleansing and quality checks.
Responsible for all pricing and rebate administration, including Price Data Administration and Rebate Administration.
Proposes and reports improvements in processes, as well as ideas for improving SAP functionality.
Analyzes problems reported by the business and proposes solutions.
Creates and develops reporting solutions.
Cooperates with other departments and reports problems to the regional unit if they cannot be solved locally.
Participates in the data management process and in activities related to updating/cleaning data.
Acts as the first point of contact for inquiries/errors related to customer data.
Prepares cyclical reports and reports on demand according to business needs.
Ensures data compliance with control requirements, internal processes, and compliance requirements.
Our requirements
English upper intermediate in written and spoken.
1-3 years of previous experience in master data maintenance focusing on Customer and Pricing.
Customer Operations / Customer Service / OTC Accountant experience is a plus.
Good knowledge of SAP environment.
Customer orientation and achievement of goals, commitment, and care for the final result of tasks.
